About Quinlan's Pharmacy and Medical Equipment

Founder Tom Quinlan, a native of nearby Dansville, started the pharmacy in 1986 after having worked a number of years for another local pharmacy. Tom, a pharmacist himself, put in long days and a lot of hard work. Over the years, he expanded the business to include a wide variety products and services.

Tom's son John, joined his father full-time around 1996 having worked for his father part -time in the store since childhood. Shortly after joining his father, John started the medical equipment and supply side of the business, which has rapidly expanded.

Today, John Quinlan has taken over the lead from his father. Both men are not only dedicated to the family business and to their many employees but also to Wayland and the surrounding communities that Quinlan's serves. Both father and son are active in supporting community events, charities, and fund rising projects that benefit others in need.
